Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Blyver. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who we are
Blyver is the operator of this site. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Blyver” mean the site operator; “you” means you. Operational requests can be recorded through the contact form.
Blyver is a social gaming platform. Simulated play may consume free virtual Gold Coins, but Blyver accepts no real-money wagers, sells nothing, and offers no cash or real-world prizes.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 19 years old and located in Canada.
- You must not be self-excluded from Blyver or subject to a regulatory exclusion that covers social gaming.
3. Your account
One account per person, per household, per device. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. We may ask you to confirm it at any time.
4. Gold Coins
- Gold Coins are the only currency on Blyver. They are a virtual entertainment currency: they have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, goods or anything else, and are not your property.
- Gold Coins cannot be purchased. We do not sell coins, we do not operate a shop, and we will never ask you for payment details.
- Gold Coins cannot be sold, transferred, gifted or exchanged between accounts.
- We may adjust balances to correct an error, reverse an abusive transaction, or comply with a legal obligation. We will tell you when we do.
5. Playing
Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator on our servers before any result reaches your device. Players can check the server-seed record for Blyver Originals from the security page.
If a round fails to complete because of a technical fault, we will void it and return the stake. We are not liable for losses caused by your own connection dropping mid-round; the server result stands, and open rounds can be resumed.
6. Fair use
You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit a bug rather than reporting it.
- Open multiple accounts, or collude with other players to manipulate a promotion.
- Interfere with the service or attempt to access another player's account.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we will tell you why unless a legal obligation prevents it. You can record an appeal through the contact form.
You can close your own account at any time from your profile page. Closure is permanent and takes your balance and progress with it.
8. Liability
We provide Blyver "as is". We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, and because you never pay us anything, our total liability to you is limited to CAD $100.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Blyver after the effective date means you accept the change.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
